The police in Zimbabwe said Friday that they had detained two Pakistani men heading to South Africa, one of them under an international arrest warrant for terrorism, the state-owned newspaper The Herald reported. Experts have said that even a small attack at the World Cup, which runs until July 11 in South Africa, would get a huge amount of attention. The two men flew from Saudi Arabia to Tanzania, where they fraudulently acquired Kenyan passports before traveling to Zimbabwe by road last weekend. They were detained at the Beitbridge border. The Herald, quoting unnamed security officials, said the terrorism suspect was based in Santiago, Chile.
