An Israeli man will be extradited from Poland to Germany to face charges involving the assassination of a senior Hamas operative in Dubai, a Polish appeals court ruled Thursday. The suspect, Uri Brodsky, who was arrested at Warsaw’s international airport in June, is charged by Germany with espionage and helping to falsely obtain a German passport. Israel is believed to have been behind the assassination; the killers are suspected of having used forged European passports.
