Egypt’s biggest opposition bloc, the Muslim Brotherhood, has set up a Web site to support Mohamed ElBaradei in his campaign for political reform. The Web site, joined by other opposition groups, has collected almost 3,000 signatures since its start late on Wednesday. Dr. ElBaradei, left, the former chief of the International Atomic Energy Agency, has said he might run for president in 2011 if the law that makes an independent candidacy nearly impossible is changed. The Brotherhood site will add its names to a signature drive that has gathered about 72,000 names.
