In another sign of expanding diplomacy between India and Pakistan, the Indian external affairs minister, S. M. Krishna, will travel to Islamabad, the Pakistani capital, in July to address the “trust deficit” between the nuclear-armed neighbors. Mr. Krishna’s trip is scheduled for July 15. Mr. Krishna will meet his Pakistani counterpart, Shah Mehmood Qureshi, as the two countries try to address a long and contentious list of issues ranging from terrorism to water rights to the contested region of Kashmir.
