The alleged leader of a plot to bomb synagogues in The Bronx and shoot down military aircraft upstate is a "hate-filled, anti-Semite" who called Osama bin Laden his "brother," prosecutors allege in court papers filed yesterday.

James Cromitie also told a government informant that he wanted to shoot ex-President George W. Bush "700 times," saying he is "the Antichrist and if Allah does not kill him then a brother will," the papers charge.

Federal prosecutors in White Plains say Cromitie was repeatedly caught on tape making "lengthy rants" inside a house wired by the FBI after he unwittingly introduced himself to a government informant at al-Ikhlas mosque in upstate Newburgh in June 2008.

Cromitie -- who prosecutors describe as a "longtime criminal and drug trafficker" -- later recruited alleged co-conspirators David Williams, Onta Williams and Laguerre Payen, feds say.

All four were busted last May after allegedly planting what they thought were explosive devices outside the Riverdale Temple and the Riverdale Community Center. A trial is set to start June 14.
