d"ash - because Israel is not just another country

Recent studies show that young Jews around the world are increasingly alienated from Israel. In a Jerusalem Post op-ed, philanthropist Charles Bronfman writes that a new study shows that the next generation of American Jews is "less concerned with its [Israel's] welfare than previous generations and, unbelievably, less comfortable with the very idea of a Jewish state."

The same study finds that fewer than half of American Jews under the age of 35 feel that Israel's destruction would be a "personal tragedy."

d"ash, the Post's international Israel magazine for young people says to Jewish youth around the world:

For you, Israel is not just another country.

Let Israel inform your identity.

As a Jew, Israel should be part of the weave of your world.

d"ash gets you up-close and personal with life in Israel. Read d"ash and find out what's going on in Israel today. d"ash is the only product that specifically targets Jewish youth to reveal the myriad facets of Israel that are obscured by the headlines.

d"ash brings you the local trends, introduces you to young Israelis, presents real issues that Israeli society is grappling with now.

The pages of d"ash bring you Israel's art, music, theater, dance and film; social issues; sport; IDF features; Israeli innovations that benefit the world; stories of young people who choose to make their home here; places to visit; ways to visit; Hebrew language pages, and more.
