At least three Palestinians were shot dead when an Israeli arrest raid turned into a gun battle in the West Bank, according to the Israeli military and Palestinian medical workers. Israeli security forces surrounded a home where militants were holed up in the town of Qabatiya, in the northern West Bank, the military said. An intense shootout erupted, and four militants were killed, according to the military.
